Dan has an extensive career in multinational organisations spanning various roles across Supply Chain, Operations and Project Management.
Previously based in China, Dan supported a consumer brands business and helped to transform the local supply chain team and infrastructure to deliver a competitive edge. As a leader and change agent with End to End (E2E) supply chain knowledge who can see opportunities, Dan worked with local authorities and internal stakeholders to drive down supply lead time to market and enhance the business value proposition.
As a skilled negotiator with strong commercial and financial experience, Dan has leveraged volume and scale to initiate and deliver improved SLA's with local suppliers. This has led to some major business improvements and cost savings without compromising safety, product quality or sustainable supply. As a results driven, motivated professional, Dan's a team player who is passionate to learn but open minded with a strong self awareness and change agility.
His diverse background across several areas has enabled him to lead and work within various teams to achieve many successful outcomes.

Doug is a seasoned supply chain operational specialist with an immense amount of experience across logistics spanning over 30 years. Doug has worked in various fields across operations in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and primary industries and is a leader with strong attention to detail.
Committed and dedicated, Doug is passionate about delivering operational excellence with good old fashioned customer service and reliable communication. He works collaboratively with customers at all levels to deliver flexible and cost effective service and with his approach to innovation, has helped deliver real time business improvements for customers through smart streamlined solutions.
His diverse background across international and domestic supply chains has enabled him to work within various teams to lead and drive successful and sustainable change.
