Chief Warden Awareness

OVERVIEW

Our combined Chief Warden Awareness training course is designed to provide the skills and knowledge required to make decisions about the safety of occupants during a facility emergency and to give instructions on the priority order for responding to an emergency incident. An Emergency Control Organisations (ECO) priority is the safety of facility occupants and visitors during an emergency which means ECO members are responsible for pre-emergency, emergency, and post emergency actions.

Regular evacuation training will ensure that your personnel are ready to deal with any workplace emergency.

Part of our course includes leading the preparation of facility emergency response procedures; commanding, controlling, and coordinating facility emergency response procedures and responses and concluding the facility emergency incident.

Participants will develop skills to ascertain the extent of onsite workplace emergencies and supervise evacuation of the workplace, they may also act as the primary liaison with emergency services after their arrival.
